Our two meter repeater has been blocked from one of the reflectors because someone in the Oklahoma City area was talking on the node without the correct PL tone.  We discovered a weakness in the system this week where the node was able to hear people even though they were not keying the repeater.  As the control operator, we are responsible for our repeaters.  This new discovery forced us to take the repeater down long enough to make the necessary adjustments.  If a person is not keying the repeater, we cannot monitor what is going on.  We discovered where the problem existed and have identified a fix but it will require the purchase of parts so we should have the repeater/IRLP node on 146.7 back online soon.
