Well unfortunately it has happened.  The repeater site has lost power and Internet.  The Internet went down first and then while trying to get it back online, the power has gone out.  We have no idea how long it will be down but both repeaters will remain off the air until the power returns.

Unfortunately the repeater is in a neighborhood that was built in the late 1940’s where there are many large trees along the fence lines.  Some of these trees are 80 to 100 feet tall and because the power lines are on above ground poles, they are vulnerable to ice storms.  With the National Weather Service extending the ice storm until noon tomorrow, November 29, 2015, the power may be off for a while.  The streaming audio is housed in a remote location so it is not on the same power source.  While it is still on, the repeaters are not.  We appreciate your patience.
